So, I finally got a chance to play Persona 5 Royal on my Switch game console.
Borrowing this game online.
I was browsing this game online through the library system, but it took me four months to get it. I placed a hold on it in January, but it didn't arrive until April 18th. I never expected it to take that long, but I guess this game is very popular and in high demand. While I was waiting, I watched some gameplay videos on YouTube to see what the game was like. I didn't mind getting spoiled before I played the game, because I thought it would help me with my own gameplay if I had seen how other people played it.
JRPG that follows the story of a group of high school.
Persona 5 Royal is a JRPG that follows the story of a group of high school students who become the Phantom Thieves, a band of vigilantes who use a mysterious app to enter the Metaverse, a parallel world where they can change the hearts of corrupt adults by stealing their distorted desires. The game is divided into two parts: the real world, where you have to balance your daily life as a student, friend, and part-time worker, and the Metaverse, where you have to infiltrate and explore various dungeons called Palaces that represent the psyche of your targets. The game has a lot of content and features, such as turn-based combat, social links, confidants, personas, skills, items, equipment, mini-games, side quests, and more.
I really enjoyed playing Persona 5 Royal on my Switch. The game has amazing graphics, music, voice acting, and gameplay. The story is engaging and full of twists and turns. The characters are likable and memorable. The game also has some improvements and additions over the original Persona 5, such as a new character named Kasumi Yoshizawa, a new Palace, a new semester, new endings, new mechanics, and more. The game also runs very smoothly on the Switch, with no noticeable lag or glitches. The only downside is that the game is very long and can take over 100 hours to complete. But if you like RPGs and have a lot of time to spare, Persona 5 Royal is definitely worth playing on your Switch.
Persona 5 Royal is a highly acclaimed role-playing game that has been released for the Nintendo Switch on October 21, 2022. The game features a captivating story, memorable characters, stylish graphics and addictive gameplay. I was lucky enough to reserve a copy of the game online, as there were only seven copies available in the library system. Usually, popular Switch games like Pokemon or Mario have more than ten copies, but this one had only seven. I have no idea why it was so limited, but I was glad to get a notification that my copy was in transit after four days of waiting. I rushed to my local public library, found the game on the shelf and checked it out from the front desk. After four months of anticipation, it finally landed on my hands. I can't wait to dive into the world of Persona 5 Royal and become a Phantom Thief.
I can't wait to play it. I went upstairs, picked a seat, took out my switch and started to play. I wanted to know if the game is truly a great game as many people mentioned on their videos and blogs. The game started with our main character fade into the shadow then shows the game developer's logo ATLUS. I was playing the developer's other game series called Etrian Odyssey, that's another game for another story.
The game I was playing was a spin-off of the popular Persona 5 game that combines action RPG and music elements. I had heard a lot of praise for the original Persona 5, but I never got the chance to play it. I was curious about the story and the characters of this game, and how they would interact with each other in this new setting. The game promised to deliver a thrilling adventure across Japan, where the Phantom Thieves of Hearts would fight against corruption and injustice using their personas, manifestations of their inner selves.
As soon as the game loaded, I was greeted by a catchy song and a stylish menu screen. I chose to start a new game and selected the normal difficulty level. The game asked me to enter my name, which I did. Then, it showed me a disclaimer that said: "This story is a work of fiction. Similarities between characters or events to persons living or dead in your world are purely coincidental." I pressed OK and the game began.
The game opened with a cinematic scene where a masked figure was running on the rooftops of Shibuya, pursued by police helicopters and armed officers. He jumped from building to building, dodging bullets and spotlights. He reached a billboard and leaped off it, landing on a truck. He then threw off his mask and revealed his face. He was a young man with spiky black hair and red eyes. He smiled confidently and said: "Let's go." The screen faded to black and the title appeared: Persona 5 Strikers.
The game menus of the game Quite Stylish are sleek and minimalist, with a dark background and neon accents. The game is a stealth action thriller, where the player controls a mysterious agent who can use a special device to communicate with their team and manipulate their surroundings.
